Joe Horn, 61, a resident fo Pasadena, Texas, killed what he perceived to be at the time, two African American males that were breaking into his neighbors' home.
The problem, he was on the phone with 911 at the time. The dispatcher told him to stay away from the crime scence. Horn told the dispatcher that he was going to kill the two would be thieves. All of this was caught on tape.
Now, there are some who would have us believe that he was acting in self defense, even though there was no sign of any weapons. Nor was there any indication that Mr. Horn or his property was in immediate danger.
