Ask the Right Questions Create a Better Life

Imagine finally taking off several layers of clothing you've been wearing on top of each other for years and years. Because you've done if for so long and its become your norm you've forgotten that other people consciously choose to live without layers of clothing on.

You remember the possibilities of your childhood so you take off the clothing and start running joyfully through the fields you forgot about. You move into the light where you finally begin to laugh and live feeling inspired every day instead of simply walking around reacting to life murmuring and complaining about things for which you have no control.

Now is the time to take off the clothing that has layered your soul. Drown out the negativity of the news, negative people who blame everyone and everything else for their failures, and those telling you that you'll never make it to where you're trying to go. Ignore all the forces telling you what you can't do.

It's time to learn the magic of saying YES. Imagine what you want most in life right now. Dream BIG. Think of what your ideal life would look like. See all the tiny details. You have no limitations. You have exactly what you want.

Money is no object. Your time is your own to spend as you like for as long as you wish. Dream BIGGER now. What fills your soul with more joy than you've ever felt before? Remember the best experience of your life? Start there and make it as amazing as you can.

How are you spending your days and nights? Who are you with? What are you doing? What emotions are coming up? What smells are in the air? What are your favorite foods that you're eating and tasting? What cities and countries are you visiting? What are you wearing?

As you reach out to touch your loved ones you're sharing this life with what sensations run through your hands? -Get as specific as possible. The more specific you are the more you'll get out of doing this. I want you to see, hear, feel, taste and smell every little piece of the life you were born to live.

As you walk into your dream house how big are the doors? How high are the walls? How much of the square footage is covered in windows? How have you furnished it? How many rooms does it have? How many rooms does your guest house have? How many acres of property do you own? What do you see outside of the windows? A meadow? A stream? The ocean? The sunset?

Is this the most fantastic day of your life? YES, it is. Get more in depth. See how your smile looks. Feel the warmth in your heart and the ease and peace in your spirit. Hear the sounds of the surroundings that feed your soul. Feel the excitement in your bones as you realize that you are actually living in your dream come true.

How amazing do you feel right now? You deserve this life don't you? YES, you do. You deserve to live an abundant life full of favor and expectancy. Hold on to how you feel right now and use those feelings to create the life you deserve and desire. You may need some help, guidance and support, but you can and you will create the life of your dreams. It's yours for the taking.

YES, you're ready. YES, you will live it now. How do you feel right now? YES, right now at this moment. Imagine feeling this way every day. You're smiling aren't you? If you aren't then you didn't do the exercise above slow enough to absorb it so do it again.

Big Faith Big Power: What do You Believe?

Believing in yourself is an essential element in achieving personal success. Without self-belief, we tend to make poor decisions based on self-doubt and fear rather than what’s best for us. These decisions may lead to self-destructive behavior such as working at a job you hate because you believe you can’t find a better job, staying in a bad relationship because you believe you don’t deserve a better one, etc. If you do not believe 100%  in yourself, you will not allow yourself to pursue success.

So how does one move to big faith. How do you begin to truly believe in yourself?

  1. Visualize success, not failure. Whether at work or at home, train yourself to substitute success thinking for failure thinking. When put in a competitive situation, think “I’m equal to the best” not “I’m inferior to everyone else. Let the “I Will Succeed” mentality overwhelm all the negativity in your mind. Visualizing success conditions your mind to create ways to produce success. Conversely, visualizing failure does the exact opposite.

  2. Be your own biggest cheerleader. Look at yourself in the mirror daily and remind yourself that you were fearfully and wonderfully made. Remind yourself that you are better than you think you are. Success does not require super powers or super intellect. Nor is it based on pure luck. Successful people are just ordinary people who believe in themselves and in what they do. Never short-change yourself.

  3. Believe big. Dreaming big is an important part of achieving success for anyone. The size of our success is only limited by the size of our belief. Often people are scared to think big because they are afraid to fail, or they think they are incapable of or do not deserve success. But failure is just a necessary stepping stone to success. Think of it this way without failure you'd never know what doesn't work. Remember this, big dreamers, big thinkers achieve big results. Do not limit yourself.

Develop the power of belief in yourself by following the three simple tips presented above and watch your life grow in abundance and prosperity. Remember, you can only be as much as what you believe yourself to be. Big faith equals big power.

The Purpose of Life

Did you know that you can accomplish in your life the highest goal that any person could ever achieve? Many people in our society feel that their lives are empty, with no real sense of fulfillment or purpose. Do you feel this way?

There once was a king who had this problem. Like most modern people, he thought that the purpose of life was to become wealthy, "be a party animal," or "get a good education." So he achieved all these goals. He became the wisest man alive. He obtained wealth and pleasure beyond imagination.

But was he satisfied? He concluded that all this was "vanity and vexation of spirit." And then he discovered the real purpose of life. And you can discover it too!

Who was this king, and what did he learn? The answer is found in your Bible. The king was Solomon, and he learned that the "whole duty of man" -- man's whole reason for existing -- is to "fear God and keep His commandments" -- Ecclesiastes 12:13.

God made you. And He made you for a purpose: to serve Him all the days of your life, and then to receive eternal life when this life is over.

But can you accomplish this purpose is your life? Yes, you can! No matter what kind of life you have lived, in God's eyes you are a sinner, "for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" -- Romans 3:23. But the good news is that you can still receive eternal life. For God "is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" -- 2 Peter 3:9. Jesus said, "He who believes and is baptized will be saved" -- Mark 16:16.
